When will my order ship? TOP
We are a home based studio not a factory. Special care and attention is given to every order we process. Stencil orders normally ship within 2 business days. Decals are custom cut when ordered and ususally ship within 3 - 7 business days.
What method is used for shipping orders? TOP
Orders within the United States are charged a flat rate of $6.00 and shipped by US Priority Mail (2 - 3 day delivery) from the US Postal Service. If you need faster delivery such as Overnight Mail, please call 636.542.0331 or send us an e-mail to discuss this option. In most cases there will be an additional charge of $20.00 however due to zones used by the postal service shipments to California may be higher.
We ship from a suburb of Columbus, Ohio.
We are happy to ship to all countries outside of the US. Additional postage fees will apply. If you reside in Canada, an additional $2.00 will be added to the standard shipping fee of $6.00. International Orders are shipped by 1st Class International Mail. An additional fee of $14.00 will apply for all other countries. We have no control over the delivery time of orders outside of the United States.
If you wish faster shipping on International orders, you may request Priority International. It's quicker but more expensive. We will be happy to determine the price of Priority International prior to shipment and notify you by e-mail. If this is your choice, please make a note on your order. Your order total will be adjusted and you will only be charged the actual cost of postage.

What are Decals? TOP
Decals are an easy and affordable way to decorate without paint! They are vinyl stickers that adhere to the wall. We offer a wide array of color choices and designs ranging from custom lettering to birdcages. Vinyl is used everywhere . . . museums, schools, businesses. So many times I thought designs and lettering had been hand painted. Only touching reveals the "vinyl" secret. Decals are simple to install and take less time than painting. No Muss . . . No Fuss . . . No Paint!

Stencils: If you are unhappy with your stencil selection, please give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will gladly exchange your unused stencil for another. Refunds are availabe for 30 days. Please package stencils carefully for return. Gently roll, wrap with tissue and place in an appropriate sized box. Stencils recieved bent or creased will not be accepted for return. Decals & One-Time Use Vinyl Stencils: We're very sorry but decals and one-time use vinyl stencils are cut to order, therefore not returnable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
